How much caffeine is in each piece of the Dialed Gum Focused Energy?
Each piece contains 50mg of natural caffeine alongside 50 mg of L-theanine and 25 mg of Taurine. It also has 0.8 mg of Vitamin B6 and 2.4 mcg of Vitamin B12!
How fast does Dialed Gum work?
Our active ingredients are absorbed through the mouth via a process called ‘buccal’ and ‘sublingual’ absorption, Dialed Gum can take effect up to 5x faster than suppliers or sport drinks. The absorption should begin working 5-10 minutes after first chew!
How long does Dialed Gum last for?
The effects of Dialed gum vary in each individual, but the effects typically last for a few hours. We recommend experimenting with your personal sensitivity and not taking our Energy gum within 4 hours of bedtime as caffeine can affect ease of falling asleep.

Do I have to store Dialed Gum in any special place?
No, Dialed Gums can be stored anywhere (backpack, drawer, car, purse, etc), but we do recommend a cool, dry area.
